Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with J Music & Sound. Our policy is designed to address both physical merchandise and digital content clearly.

1. General Conditions and Contact

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms below. If you need to initiate a return, you must contact us first. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@jmusicsound.com or by phone at 951-282-7547 to start the process.

 

2. Physical Merchandise Returns  

 

This section applies to all tangible goods, such as mugs, candles, and any other merchandise purchased from our store.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

  • Exceptions (Non-Returnable): Items that are clearly marked as final sale, customized, or digital products (covered below) cannot be returned.

  • Refunds Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

 

3. Digital Products and Custom Services 

 

This section applies to non-tangible goods like music downloads, digital albums, and custom production services.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, non-tangible, and non-returnable nature of digital content, all sales of digital products and custom service fees are final and non-refundable.

  • Technical Issue Exception: We will issue a resolution only if the digital file itself is defective or unusable. If you experience any technical issues with your download, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. We will promptly provide a working replacement file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued.

 

4. European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
