1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
Due to the nature of digital products, including music downloads and digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered and accessed by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is a standard practice for digital goods.
Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review the product details and listen to sample tracks (if available) to ensure it meets your expectations. If you experience any technical issues with your digital download (e.g., broken or missing files), please contact us at info@jmusicsound.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
2. Physical Products (General Return Policy)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return the product, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the physical product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jmusicsound.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label and return instructions.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, based on your preference.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us at info@jmusicsound.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number to help us process your claim.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for all physical products within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in new condition and in its original packaging. To exchange a product, please follow the return process and indicate the item you’d like to exchange it for. Exchanges are free of charge.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned physical product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Restocking fees are not applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
