At J Music & Sound, we strive to provide a seamless and professional audio experience. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency regarding our physical merchandise and digital licensing services.

1. DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS & LICENSING (RADIO SERVICE)

This section applies to our 24/7 Commercial Radio Streaming Service and digital music licenses.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the intangible nature of digital streaming and immediate licensing rights, all subscription payments and digital sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription cycle.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service and maintain your legal license until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • License Expiration: Once the paid period ends, your legal right to perform J Music & Sound music in a commercial setting expires immediately.

2. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE (USB DRIVES & APPAREL)

This section applies to tangible goods, such as pre-loaded USB media and official merchandise.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your USB drive or merchandise is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@jmusicsound.com within 14 days with photo evidence. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or those with broken security seals (for USB media) cannot be returned or refunded.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES

We are committed to the quality of our 24/7 stream. If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to the service:

  1. Please notify us within 7 days of the issue.

  2. Our team will work to resolve the technical barrier promptly.

  3. Refunds or service credits for technical failure are issued solely at the discretion of J Music & Sound management if the issue cannot be resolved on our end.

4. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For customers in the European Union:

  • Physical Goods: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Digital Content: Per EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital streaming or download has started, provided you consented to begin the service and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.
