At J Music & Sound, we manage our physical merchandise using a Print-on-Demand model. This policy outlines the distinct terms for the processing and shipment of our tangible goods.
1. Product Types and Delivery Method
We offer two primary product types, each with a different delivery method:

Physical Merchandise (e.g., Candles, Mugs, Apparel): These are tangible goods that require physical shipping and are subject to the processing and delivery times detailed below. These are the only items that are physically shipped.

Digital Products & Custom Services: These are delivered instantly via a download link or email and do not require physical shipment or incur shipping charges.
2. Processing Time (Fulfillment)
All physical merchandise is made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). The Processing Time is the duration required to produce and package your item before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

The general Processing Time is 2–7 business days.

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons (e.g., the Christmas season).
3. Shipping Time and Total Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, the Shipping Time is the period until the item reaches your delivery address.

United States: The Processing Time (2–7 business days) plus an estimated Shipping Time (3–5 business days) results in a Total Estimated Delivery Time of 5–12 business days.

Canada: The Processing Time (2–7 business days) plus an estimated Shipping Time (10–15 business days) results in a Total Estimated Delivery Time of 12–22 business days.

International (Other): The Processing Time (2–7 business days) plus an estimated Shipping Time (10–20 business days) results in a Total Estimated Delivery Time of 12–27 business days.
4. Shipping Rates and Customs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed accurately at checkout.

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking and Address Errors

Order Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
