J Music & Sound - Shipping and Delivery

At J Music & Sound, we provide a blend of instant digital licensing and high-quality physical products. This policy outlines our shipping procedures for tangible goods, including our official USB media and Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise.

1. PRODUCT CATEGORIES & DELIVERY

We offer three types of products, each with its own delivery method:

  • Digital Licensing & 24/7 Radio Service: Delivered instantly via your account dashboard or email. No physical shipping is required.

  • Official USB Media: Pre-loaded musical assets for our radio service. These are shipped directly from our office.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Merchandise: Apparel, mugs, and candles. These are made-to-order and shipped via our production partners.

2. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

"Processing Time" is the duration required to prepare, produce, and package your item before it is handed to the carrier.

  • Official USB Media: 1–3 business days.

  • POD Merchandise: 2–7 business days (as items are created specifically for you).

  • Note: Fulfillment may take longer during peak holiday seasons.

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Once fulfilled, the estimated time for your package to reach its destination is as follows:

  • United States: Shipping Time 3–5 business days (Total Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days)

  • Canada: Shipping Time 10–15 business days (Total Estimated Delivery: 12–22 business days)

  • International: Shipping Time 10–20 business days (Total Estimated Delivery: 12–27 business days)

4. SHIPPING RATES & CUSTOMS

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination, displayed accurately at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties levied by the destination country. J Music & Sound does not include these in the final checkout price.

5. TRACKING & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Order Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is on its way.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure orderly delivery, please verify your shipping address before completing your order. J Music & Sound is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
